Chicago welcomes a new icon to its notable skyline filled with architectural marvels – St. Regis Chicago. Designed by award-winning architect Jeanne Gang, St. Regis brings a new level of modern ultra-luxury living to Chicago. Over the past four years, an international dream team of designers and visionaries, including Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) have worked tirelessly to sculpt a tower that is destined to be a Chicago landmark.

Anticipation continues to build as the city’s soon-to-be third-tallest building accomplishes one of its final milestones – its exterior glass reaching the tower’s top floor at 101 stories.

The glass, which was thoughtfully selected by St. Regis’ Design Architect Studio Gang, denotes a work of structural art unseen anywhere else in the city and a new version of luxury for purchasers and hotel guests. Additionally, it signifies the 1,191-ft. tower – comprised of 396 luxurious condos and a five-star hotel – is one step closer to its completion.

Upon final completion, the building will boast 775,000 sq. ft. of exterior glass cladding, which is the equivalent to the area of 13.5 football fields.

As the building gets ready to welcome in its first residents later this year, St. Regis is offering a look inside one of its luxurious residences.
